Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a MIG Welder, where you will engage in welding various types of steel and alloys for playground equipment. You will primarily work with sensitive materials, such as thinner gauges up to 1/8\" thick, including stainless steel, aluminum, and black steel. Your role involves welding off blueprints, with some heavy lifting up to 50 lbs. required as you move fixtures into the welding bay.
ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG welding on various steel and alloy materials for playground equipment.Read and interpret welding blueprints for accurate welding operations.Handle and lift fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs. into the welding bay.Ensure precise welding on thinner gauge materials up to 1/8\" thick.Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and efficient production environment.Essential SkillsMinimum of 1 year of recent experience (or equivalent schooling) in MIG welding.Proficient in reading and interpreting welding blueprints.Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32\" accuracy.Capable of lifting 50 lbs. without restrictions.Additional Skills & Qualifications2 Year Welding Degree is a plus.Experience in pipe welding is advantageous.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
