**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** As a welder, you will be engaged in MIG welding on mild and stainless steel to create exhaust systems utilized across various sectors such as power generation, oil & gas, marine, locomotive, construction, and off-road markets. Please apply here to get the process started! **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel. + Assemble exhaust systems as required. + Interpret and work from blueprints and weld symbols. + Engage in tack welding as part of the duties. + Assist with fabrication work including operating brake press, shear, roller, etc. + Conduct plasma cutting and wire feed welding. + Participate in a weld test based on a print to build a product. **Essential Skills** + Schooling or on the job experience required + Proficiency in MIG welding. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols. + Experience in metal fabrication. + Competency in plasma cutting and TIG welding. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northfield, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $36.00/hr.
