Job Title: MIG/TIG WelderJob Description

We are seeking skilled welders to perform both MIG and TIG welding processes along with some fabrication and minimal mechanical assembly work. You will be involved in welding large custom industrial ovens, working off blueprints to accomplish this task. This role includes a mixture of bench and custom welding, predominantly with stainless steel materials. You will utilize hand and power tools as well as basic fabrication equipment, dedicating approximately 75% of your time to welding and 25% to assembly.

This position offers a competitive pension plan with contributions of $2.05 per hour, which vests after five years of employment. Employees benefit from two annual raises, one yearly and another every August, ranging from $0.40 to $0.60. The company is in union negotiations to potentially increase these raises. You will have the opportunity for overtime during the weekdays, with double-time pay on Sundays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $55000.00/yr.

•\tPension offer - $2.05/hr. and fantastic benefits. The pension is vested once you work there for 5 years.\n•\t2 raises every year. One annually and one every August\n•\tThe raises are anywhere from $.40 - $.60. They are having a union negotiation later this year to hopefully increase the raises.\n•\tThey are offering up to 10 hours of OT during the Mon-Fri Week. At times they are offer OT on Saturday and Sunday. Double time pay if you work on Sunday.
