🛠️ Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsPerform TIG and MIG welding on aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steelBuild fixtures and perform setups for precision sheet metal fabricationConduct quality checks to ensure fabrication meets specificationsSet up and operate spot welders, including tooling selection and machine configurationMaintain a clean and safe work environment✅ Required Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience in MIG and TIG weldingProficient in TIG welding on all metals and in all positionsStrong blueprint reading and interpretation skillsExperience with fixture building and sheet metal setupsFamiliarity with spot welder setup and press brake operationAbility to work independently and meet production goalsGood interpersonal and communication skills in EnglishReliable, punctual, and committed to quality

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
