Job Description
Candidates will perform both MIG and TIG welding processes along with some fabrication and minimal mechanical assembly work. They will be assisting with welding large custom industrial ovens, working from blueprints to complete both MIG and TIG welding tasks. This role involves a mixture of bench and custom welding, with the majority of work being custom. The primary material used is stainless steel. Candidates will utilize hand and power tools as well as basic fabrication equipment, with a focus on welding tasks, split into 75% welding and 25% assembly.

The company offers a pension plan with contributions of $2.05 per hour, paid out every five years, along with fantastic benefits. Employees receive two raises annually, one in August and another throughout the year, ranging from $0.40 to $0.60, with potential for increase pending union negotiations. The company offers up to 10 hours of overtime during the weekday, with additional opportunities on Saturdays and Sundays, and double-time pay for Sunday work.
