Job Description

We are seeking skilled welders to primarily perform MIG welding and occasionally TIG welding on custom stainless steel enclosures. Each enclosure varies in size and requires different brackets, making this a custom production role. While repetitive welding is minimal, when performed, it involves welding multiple units of the same type. The welding process includes joining four sides to a back plate both vertically and horizontally. Candidates will work off blueprints, but extensive print experience is not mandatory. All welding tasks are completed at a bench, and welders are responsible for grinding, finishing, and polishing their work to a grade 4 finish.

Work Environment

The work environment does not have air conditioning, so it can get hot during summer months. The standard work schedule is from 6 AM to 3:30 PM Monday to Thursday, and 6 AM to noon on Fridays without overtime. An overtime schedule is available from 6 AM to 4:40 PM Monday to Thursday, and 6 AM to noon on Fridays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
