**MIG Welder** **Location:** Vancouver, WA **Pay:** $23–$26 per hour (depending on experience) About the Role: We’re looking for a skilled MIG Welder to join our team! In this role, you’ll work primarily with mild steel, performing welding, light layout, and part fitting based on blueprints and schematics. You’ll also operate various shop tools and equipment—including saws, drills, plasma cutters, and grinders—to prepare and finish parts. Welding tests are being scheduled immediately—we’re hoping to find the right fit who can start as soon as possible or right after the holidays (Christmas or New Year). **Key Responsibilities** + Perform MIG welding using short-arc techniques with .035" and .045" wire. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for accurate layout and fitting. + Utilize fabrication tools and equipment to prep and finish parts. + Assist with additional shop tasks as needed beyond welding duties. **Required Skills** + Proficiency in MIG welding. + Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills. + Experience with part layout and fitting. **Preferred Qualifications** + TIG welding experience with stainless steel and/or aluminum. + Ability to adapt to a variety of tasks in a dynamic shop environment. **Why Join Us?** Become part of a collaborative, team-oriented culture where versatility is valued.
