Our client in Alma, MI, is seeking a MIG and TIG Welder to join their dedicated team. As a MIG and TIG Welder, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of high-quality aluminum items, including tubes, walls, and furniture frames. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, dedication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: MIG and TIG Welder

Location: ALMA, MI

Shift: 6 am to 2:30 pm
overtime can be heavy and include Saturdays

What's the Job?

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment Follow pre-established installation and quality methods, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency of work Read order-specific job travelers and engineered drawings to produce items to exact specifications Use welders and various hand tools to fabricate aluminum tubes, wall frames, and furniture frames Complete all job duties within given time constraints while maintaining quality standards

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED Previous MIG and TIG welding experience REQUIRED Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow instructions
