Summary: The Integration Developer’s role is to participate in the planning, coordination, and solution development and implementation activities related to the integration of applications and technologies within the bank environment. This includes researching, designing, documenting, and modifying software specifications throughout the production lifecycle. Proven communication skills, problem solving skills, proficiency in programming languages and data structures, and knowledge of integration best practices are critical. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Develop solutions within the API Platform Team, including designing, creating, and managing Mulesoft APIs and data flows. + Interpret system designs and requirement specifications correctly while building middleware integration endpoints. + Ensuring that solutions are compatible with existing CI/CD pipelines + Must design, code, debug, test, and document programs + Familiarity with Agile software development practices + Provide support for application integrations across all lines of business, including external customer and employee facing applications + Participate in the 24x7 on-call support rotation + Obtain the MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1 certification within 60 days of employment Qualifications: Essential: + Minimum B.S. Computer Science or related discipline from accredited college or university + Working knowledge of programming languages; preferably Java, JavaScript, or .NET + Understanding of messaging and APIs, including XML, JSON, SOAP, and REST + Working knowledge of database structure, design, and access methods + Experience in coding methods and best practices + Demonstrated eagerness to learn + Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills + Ability to work in a team environment + Good organization/prioritization skills + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, yet maintain quality work Preferred: + Experience with an ESB, Mulesoft platform is a plus + Experience with Fiserv Premier bank core is a plus + Experience with web services + Experience with microservice architecture and composable design + Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Environment + Basic knowledge of SQL Server including stored procedures For full description, which includes physical mental demands please see attachment.
