Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Middleware Engineer to join their team. As a Middleware Engineer, you will be part of the IT Operations supporting multiple technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay Range:** Competitive hourly rate based on experience
**What's the Job?**
+ Support and maintain multiple systems through troubleshooting, modification, and problem resolution to ensure continuous service delivery.
+ Coordinate activities across various teams including enterprise fulfillment, application development, and infrastructure services.
+ Manage onboarding tasks and business-as-usual projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
+ Provide expertise in system architecture and strategic technical direction for initiatives.
+ Apply best practices and risk mitigation strategies within your area of expertise.
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience with Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling Secure Proxy.
+ Proficiency with file transfer protocols such as Connect:Direct, Secure+, FTPS, SFTP, and AS2.
+ Knowledge of z/OS MVS JCL (Job Control Language).
+ Ability to write complex PL/SQL queries, scripting, and automation using RHEL Linux.
+ Experience with automation tools like BladeLogic and Ansible.
