Mid-Market Account Executive, Uber for Business (Berlin, Germany)
Uber For Business (U4B) simplifies expense management for the business while making daily logistics easier for employees. This creates a smoother experience for everyone involved. We’re looking for an Account Executive to help more companies and their employees enjoy our products and services. You will: Strategically target and penetrate the Mid-Market segment (1,000–5,000 employees) through creative prospecting and tailored outreach campaigns Own and execute the end-to-end sales cycle, including pipeline management, qualification, discovery, solution selling, negotiation, closing, and onboarding to consistently achieve quota Lead the rollout and adoption of U4B solutions, ensuring sustained client engagement Get close to our partners to uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities Nurture and expand relationships with existing clients to drive retention and growth Collaborate with customers on pilot programs for new features, capturing feedback to shape future product development Contribute to team success by sharing best practices, supporting reviews, and creating materials such as playbooks or performance trackers About you: You have at least 3 years of sales experience, ideally as an AE selling to large customers You speak German at a native level and are fluent in English You master the art of pipeline management and know your way around lengthy, complex sales cycles You’re great at analyzing data and make it tell a story You’re a go-getter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently You’re organized and disciplined, with strong prioritization and follow-through on sales activities You have amazing presentation skills, and you are a great negotiator If you have a background in hospitality, tourism, insurance or customer-facing roles, this is a plus You’re the kind of person who calls their Grandma on her birthday Uber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better.
