We are seeking a motivated Mid-Level Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This role requires someone who can work independently on tasks, contribute to architectural discussions, and help mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:Develop, test, and maintain software applications according to specifications.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver features on time.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code to improve performance and maintainability.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.Assist in the design and implementation of software architecture.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend their adoption when appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum of 9 years of professional software development experience.Proficiency in [Insert relevant languages, e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#].Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and/or back-end frameworks (Node.js, Django, Spring).Solid understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and practices.Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.Prior experience mentoring junior developers.

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
