Mid-Level Litigation Associate
About this role

Our client is a leading technology and life sciences law firm with a cutting edge, internationally recognized, dynamic litigation practice. Our client is currently seeking mid-level litigation associates with three (3) to five (5) years of experience in copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, and/or complex commercial litigation. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are a must.  

 

We require that the candidate be barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for or are eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam. 

  3 - 5 years of experience in litigation, with focus on copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, and/or complex commercial litigation   Salary $260K - $390K   Visa sponsorship not available   Hybrid work policy 3 days in-office in Silicon Valley, New York, Seattle, or San Francisco. Relocation is supported, and Fenwick is happy to pay for it. Candidates must be admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction where they intend to work.
