Microsoft Power Platform Developer

**CTG is seeking to fill a Microsoft Power Platform Developer position for our client.**
**Location:** Remote
**Duration:** 12 months
**Duties:**
+ Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Power Virtual Agents, and Copilot.
+ Build canvas and model-driven Power Apps using Power Apps Studio and Power FX formulas to meet business requirements.
+ Develop and maintain API-based automation and integrations using Power Automate.
+ Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable Power Platform solutions.
+ Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and external systems.
+ Implement best practices for security, performance, governance, and application lifecycle management (ALM).
+ Provide ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and production support for existing applications.
+ Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer to internal teams.
**Skills:**
+ Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) and Power Apps Studio.
+ Expertise in Power Automate, including API-based automation and complex workflow design.
+ Proficiency with Power FX formulas.
+ Experience with Dataverse data modeling and security.
+ Familiarity with Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents, and Copilot integration.
+ Understanding of REST APIs, connectors, and system integrations.
+ Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance Power Platform solutions.
**Experience:**
+ Proven experience as an Application Developer specializing in Microsoft Power Platform.
+ Demonstrated experience integrating Power Apps and Power Automate into enterprise environments.
+ Experience supporting and enhancing production applications.
+ Microsoft Power Platform certifications strongly preferred.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $115,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
