Perform microbiological testing on cosmetic products in accordance with USP , USP , USP Suitability, and USP standards. Conduct method suitability testing to validate sterility procedures and eliminate antimicrobial interference. Prepare and analyze samples for microbial enumeration and identification of objectionable organisms. Maintain, calibrate, and clean laboratory equipment to ensure sterility and accuracy. Document all procedures, results, and deviations in compliance with ISO standards. Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for microbiological testing workflows. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and laboratory best practices. Communicate findings and updates to the Lab Manager and relevant stakeholders.

You will be one of two lab technicians reporting to the laboratory manager.
