Mission
Within Biopharma, specialized in the research, development, and production of purified plasma proteins with therapeutic properties obtained through human plasma fractionation, reporting to the Quality Control division and within the Microbiological Control department.
What your responsibilities will be
Develop study protocols defining scope, procedures to be followed, and evaluation criteria. Propose and advise on the resources required to conduct the study within the established timeline. Collaborate with other organizational units to propose changes, improvements, or new procedures. Propose and participate in the execution and evaluation of technical studies related to Quality Control activities. Draft technical reports derived from the studies conducted. Propose, advise on, and implement continuous improvement actions within the unit’s activities. Prepare and review Quality Control procedures. Provide training related to the unit’s activities. Assess the unit’s needs regarding equipment or analytical systems proposed by suppliers. Design user requirements to evaluate the suitability of equipment and systems. Participate in the qualification, validation, and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment or computer systems. Provide technical support to the unit in troubleshooting the use of laboratory equipment or computer systems.

University Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions. Upper-intermediate to advanced level of English.
