Job Title: Micro QC Inspector

Job Description

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will perform inspections of parts according to well-defined criteria using standard visual, physical, mechanical, and electrical measurements. You will have the ability to perform visual inspection on large lot sizes under a microscope and accurately document the results of inspections and testing. Maintaining all controlled documentation files and test records in a timely manner is essential, along with performing data entry into the computer. Inspections will include incoming, in-process, and final inspection.

ResponsibilitiesConduct inspections of parts using visual, physical, mechanical, and electrical measurements.Perform visual inspections on large lot sizes under a microscope.Accurately document inspection results and testing.Maintain controlled documentation files and test records promptly.Enter data into computer systems.Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections.Essential SkillsExperience in medical device inspection.At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.Ability to use inspection gauges and microscopes.Knowledge of ISO and GMP standards.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Ability to follow SOPs and inspection procedures.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with assembly and document control.Willingness to learn and train in microscope usage.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is not a cleanroom, and there is no PPE required. The quality department consists of about 10-12 employees, and contractors have their own bench. The area is shared with the warehouse team, providing constant interaction.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
