Our client is seeking a Micro Lab Technician: Laboratory Testing to join their team. As a Micro Lab Technician, you will be part of the Quality Control Unit supporting a cohesive laboratory team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a flexible team player attitude which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Micro Lab Technician: Laboratory Testing **Location:** Ada, MI **Pay Rate:** $22/hr **What's the Job?** + Support testing and release of raw materials, finished consumer goods, and environmental samples. + Participate in daily cleaning, record keeping, media preparation, and calibration of equipment. + Engage in team meetings to stay updated on laboratory procedures and techniques. + Work as part of a rotational schedule to keep the work interesting and ensure workload coverage. + Occasionally assist with weekend work once trained. **What's Needed?** + Laboratory experience (in education or industry) is required. + Demonstrated ability to follow SOPs/test methods. + Ability to communicate and elevate issues to leadership effectively. + Capability to sit, stand, and lift up to 50lbs. + GMP microbiology laboratory experience is preferred. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a microbiology laboratory. + Work in a supportive and collaborative team environment. + Continuous training on multiple techniques within the micro laboratory. + Engagement in a dynamic work schedule that keeps tasks varied. + Potential for career growth within the organization.
