Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

オンサイトを含む顧客に対する製品トレーニングの効果的な実施をする。適切なフォローアップや電話を通してのコール対応、 MSS／ISSやサービスと協力してのCS問題解決、ユーザーズミーティング等を通して、インストールベースの顧客満足に貢献する。インストールベース顧客の要望を吸い上げ、開発へのタイムリーなフィードバックを行う。MSS, ISSと協力し、自モダリティメンバーの技術的、臨床的専門性の最大化に貢献する。MSS, ISS、APAC　と協力し、新製品導入のスムーズな立ち上げに貢献する。重点インストールベース顧客へのサポートによる自社製品の評価向上や、製品デモンストレーション・プレゼンテーション等により自モダリティ製品の販売促進に貢献する。必要に応じてジョブミーティングに参加し、アプリケーションの立場から顧客ニーズの把握、差別化等に貢献する。インストールベース顧客からの画像収集等を通じて、プロダクトマーケティングやフィールドマーケティングとともに、効果的なセールスツールの作成やその使用、セミナーを通して、市場でＮＰＩインパクトの最大化に貢献する。医療系学会、技術大会にて会社を代表し、製品・ソリューション、会社を宣伝する。One GEHCとして、超音波、SVなどを含む社内メンバーと協力し、顧客に対するソリューション活動に貢献する。

Qualifications/Requirements

担当モダリティに関して診療放射線技師の経験、あるいはアプリケーションスペシャリスト相当としての経験が3年以上あること主担当するモダリティを軸とした臨床知識・論文読解能力、GEHC-Jおよび市場で取り扱われる担当モダリティ関連製品に関する洞察と知識(技術的方法論的理解・読影基礎)を持ち、かつ継続的に強化する能力を有すること顧客理解・対応スキル、品質問題等を含む難しい環境下においても様々な相手とのコミュニケーションを行える実績知識・情報を分かりやすく端的に伝える能力日本語の医学誌読解力、ビジネスコミュニケーション力日本国内及び海外を含め出張可能であること業務上の車を運転する場合については、必要な範囲において運転記録の調査に従うこと
