Position Summary

This is a Product Owner role on an Agile team that works cross-functionally in support of the Medicaid enrollment team. The team is accountable for the development, implementation, and ongoing management of multiple projects.  This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects with varying degrees of complexity and ensuring that tight timelines are maintained on all deliverables. The Product Owner works closely with key stakeholders to gather requires and to create clear user stories with well defined acceptance criteria. 

An ideal candidate for this role should be comfortable working in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years SQL skills or other experience writing code in stored procedures/functions

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Management Consulting.

• Experience using Rally, Jira, Confluence or other project management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple business functions/projects

• Able to learn complex concepts quickly and effectively communicate back to stakeholders   

• Healthcare, Compliance, Medicaid or Medicare experience. 

• Experience working in an Agile environment and managing all stages of the product life cycle.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $119,340.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
