Position Summary

The Product Implementation Manager role is responsible for product/plan approval and auditing, in additional to being the point of contact for benefit inquiries regarding Employer Group Medicare health products to internal and external partners. There is a high focus on quality assurance to guarantee benefits approved to be sold are compliant with Federal Medicare and Aetna Business standards.

The Product Implementation Managers primary role is ensuring the accuracy of plan data in the MPDT system and to act as a central point of contact for our internal downstream partners, regarding plan status throughout the Employer Group Medicare renewal cycle.  As a member of this team, they will also participate in the annual Medicare BID cycle and the review of the yearly CMS required member materials.  This role will interact daily with the EGWP Sales team and our internal downstream partners. Pinpoint focus on quality assurance from end to end regarding how products and benefits are confirmed and implemented accurately is a top priority. Raising, escalating, and mitigating risks and issues is essential.

Additional responsibilities include:

- Supporting the annual CMS bid filing for the Group Medicare business.

- Reviewing annual member materials (ANOC/EOC/SOC).

- Benefit and Product SME.

Required Qualifications

2+ Years working in the MPDT system

4+ Years Employer Group Medicare industry experience, specifically Medicare Advantage products such as product development, clinical, claims, operations requirements, implementation, and plan sponsor structure development.

4+ Years of proven track record for product/program management skills in a matrixed environment, including product implementation


Preferred Qualifications

Strong Employer Group Medicare product/benefit and operations knowledge

Prophecy with Microsoft products

Strong Analytical Skills


Education

Bachelors or 4+ years directly related work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $119,340.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
