Job Summary: Under direct supervision, safely operates production machines and/or various hand tools used for production, monitors process equipment, and inspects finished goods. Performs special projects and job tasks as assigned. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate Molding equipment properly and safely. + Troubleshoot minor abnormalities of Molding equipment + Monitor Molding operations in assigned area to ensure production and quality standards are met + Safely use forklift to move product as needed + Maintain good housekeeping in assigned area + Crosstrain to all areas within Molding operations Education and Experience Requirements + **Education:** High School Diploma or educational equivalent + **Experience:** No Experience Required, 1 year manufacturing experience preferred WHY JOIN NPK?
