🔍About the RoleAre you a precision-driven professional with a passion for quality and innovation? We’re seeking a CMM Programmer and Metrology Technician to join our fast-paced, collaborative team supporting R&D and prototyping efforts. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring dimensional accuracy and quality compliance across a wide variety of prototype and production parts—large and small.

🛠️Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, qualify, and maintain CMM programs (preferably using Zeiss Calypso or Polyworks) for First Article and Production Approval.Perform dimensional inspections on prototype and production parts of varying sizes and complexities.Reprogram and adapt CMM routines to meet evolving prototype specifications.Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T to determine inspection criteria.Conduct Gage R&R studies and support PPAP documentation.Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve discrepancies and drive continuous improvement.Utilize a variety of inspection tools and techniques to complete dimensional reports.Support containment activities and corrective/preventive actions as needed.✅What We’re Looking For5+ years of CMM programming experience—Zeiss Calypso experience highly preferred.Strong background in R&D or prototyping environments, with the ability to adapt inspection methods to new and evolving parts.Proficiency in GD&T,FARO Arm, Polyworks, and general metrology tools.Solid understanding of blueprint reading, tolerancing, and inspection planning.Experience in regulated industries such as automotive, aerospace, or medical devices is a plus.Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.🌟Why Join Us?Be part of a mission-driven team delivering life-saving medical supplies to remote and underserved areas.Enjoy a pet-friendly work place, free lunches & snacks, and regular company events.Access to Apprenticeship Programs, Diversity Initiatives, and Professional Development opportunities.Work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact product quality and innovation.If you're a meticulous CMM programmer who thrives in a hands-on, prototype-rich environment, we’d love to hear from you!Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
