**Description** Join SAIC in supporting our enterprise data and analytics initiatives. As a **Metrics & Visualization Lead** , you’ll be a liaise with leadership and the office of digital readiness, ensuring the customer has real-time, actionable metrics and dashboards that inform operational readiness and modernization. **This position is contingent upon award expected September 2025. Position will be located in Huntsville, AL and/or Washington, DC at the customer site. May offer remote work upon award.** **Duties and Responsibilities** : • Lead for metrics, reporting, and dashboard visualization • Ensure decision-makers have timely, accurate, and actionable insight into program performance • Responsible for managing the backlog of metrics-related work, coordinating priorities, and aligning visualization products with readiness and modernization goals **Qualifications** **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:** • Active Secret Clearance, or ability to acquire one • Bachelor’s degree in data visualization, metrics, analytics leadership or related, or equivalent and 9+ years of related experience • Proven experience engaging with senior military or government leadership • Proficiency in visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) • Experience in Agile backlog management and stakeholder communications • Strong executive presence with excellent oral and written communication skills **Preferred Qualifications** • Prior experience supporting DHS, DoD or Intelligence Community data readiness efforts • Familiarity with readiness and digital modernization programs • Advanced certifications in Agile or SAFe frameworks REQNUMBER: 2509746 SAIC is a premier technology integrator, solving our nation's most complex modernization and systems engineering challenges across the defense, space, federal civilian, and intelligence markets.
