By prioritizing employee growth and development, we empower everyone to reach their full potential on their own terms, because the best work happens when you are free to be yourself and share your unique expertise. **Bombardier’s Benefits Program** With our employees’ well-being top of mind, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, which includes the following: + Insurance plans _(Dental, medical, life insurance, disability, and more)_ + Competitive base salary + Retirement savings plan + Employee Assistance Program + Tele Health Program **C'est quoi vos contributions à l'équipe?** **Responsabilités :** + Produire et mettre à jour les cahiers de montage et gammes de fabrication pour la production et l’assemblage de composantes d’avion. + Interpréter, vérifier et approuver les dessins et documents techniques provenant de l’ingénierie. + Définir des stratégies d’assemblage et de fabrication adaptées aux exigences. + Identifier ou définir les outils nécessaires pour garantir le respect du tolérancement géométrique. + Harmoniser l’implantation des changements d’ingénierie en collaboration avec les équipes de production, qualité, logistique et ingénierie. + Soutenir activement la production en résolvant les problèmes techniques avec les services concernés. + Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des méthodes et participer à des projets de recherche et développement. **Domaines d’application :** + **Fabrication de structures** : usinage et mise en forme de pièces métalliques (aluminium, titane) sur machines conventionnelles ou CNC (usinage à haute vitesse, l'usinage par produit chimique, grenaillage, pliage, perçage, etc). + **Assemblage de structures** : assemblage des composantes structurales de différents matériaux par rivetage, formage à froid, etc. (aluminium, titane, acier ou composite). + **Composites** : fabrication de composantes d'avion en matériaux composites. **Comment réussir dans votre rôle?** **Profil recherché :** + Diplôme collégial ou universitaire en ingénierie mécanique, fabrication aéronautique, électrique, industriel, électromécanique ou domaine connexe. + Maîtrise de la lecture de dessins techniques, bonne visualisation 3D et esprit d’analyse. + Connaissance des logiciels CAO (Catia, AutoCAD, Enovia). + Familiarité avec les systèmes SAP, Siemens NX, la modélisation 3D sont des atouts. + Connaissance de MACPAC, du composite et de la suite MS Office. + Excellentes aptitudes en travail d’équipe, persévérance et jugement. + Maîtrise du français oral et écrit, bonne connaissance de l’anglais. **What are your contributions to the team?** **Responsibilities:** + Produce and update assembly manuals and manufacturing process sheets for the production and assembly of aircraft components. + Interpret, verify, and approve technical drawings and documents from engineering. + Define assembly and manufacturing strategies tailored to requirements. + Identify or define the necessary tools to ensure compliance with geometric tolerancing. + Coordinate the implementation of engineering changes in collaboration with production, quality, logistics, and engineering teams. + Actively support production by resolving technical issues with the relevant departments. + Contribute to continuous improvement of methods and participate in research and development projects. **Areas of Application:** + **Structure Manufacturing:** Machining and forming of metal parts (aluminum, titanium) on conventional or CNC machines (high-speed machining, chemical milling, shot peening, bending, drilling, etc.). + **Structure Assembly:** Assembly of structural components made of various materials through riveting, cold forming, etc. (aluminum, titanium, steel, or composite). + **Composites:** Manufacturing of aircraft components using composite materials. **How to thrive in this role?** **Desired Profile:** + College or university degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace manufacturing, electrical, industrial, electromechanical, or a related field. + Proficiency in reading technical drawings, strong 3D visualization skills, and analytical mindset. + Knowledge of CAD software (Catia, AutoCAD, Enovia). + Familiarity with SAP, Siemens NX, and 3D modeling is an asset. + Knowledge of MACPAC, composites, and MS Office suite. + Excellent teamwork skills, perseverance, and judgment. + Fluency in spoken and written French, good knowledge of English. **Now that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier Team!** Please note: You don’t need _all_ the skills, knowledge, and experience listed to apply for this position.
