Job Title: Metal Prepper

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Metal Prepper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing sheet metal, flatbeds, service bodies, and other materials before they proceed to the paint shop. This role involves applying masking tape and paper, sanding, and cleaning surfaces.

Responsibilities

Prepare sheet metal and other materials for painting.Apply masking tape and paper to protect areas not to be painted.Sand and clean surfaces to ensure they are ready for the paint process.

Essential Skills

Experience with sanding techniques.Proficiency in grinding.Knowledge of paint preparation processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with hand and power tools is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
