Position Title: Foreman (Relocation to Eagle, CO Required – Assistance Provided)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to lead commercial construction projects in Eagle, Colorado. This is a relocation-required role, and comprehensive assistance will be provided to support your move and ensure a smooth transition.

As Foreman, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations on-site, overseeing crews, and driving projects to completion with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and efficiency. This is a leadership-focused position—with 95% of your time dedicated to supervision and coordination, not hands-on labor.

Key Responsibilities

•\tSupervise and coordinate on-site construction teams of 20+ crew members

•\tOversee commercial construction projects exceeding $1 million

•\tEnsure high-quality installation of metal framing, drywall, and acoustical ceilings

•\tInterpret and execute plans using blueprints and construction documents

•\tMaintain a safe, organized, and productive job site at all times

•\tCommunicate and coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project timelines

Required Qualifications

•\t6–8 years of experience in commercial construction

•\tAbility to accurately read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

•\tProficiency with hand and power tools

•\tSolid understanding of metal/steel framing, drywall systems, and general construction methods

Preferred Qualifications

•\tPrevious experience as a Foreman in commercial construction

•\tExpertise in acoustical ceiling installation

•\tExcellent skills in measurement, layout, and job planning

•\tStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Work Schedule Options

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $50.00/hr.
