What You’ll DoCut and prep metal studs and drywall to exact specifications.Hang and secure drywall using a variety of power tools, including screw guns.Build and install framed partitions, bulkheads, and structural layouts.Read and interpret blueprints and plans to meet strict construction standards.Install corner beads, ceiling beads, and other finishing components.Maintain clean and safe work areas, removing scrap materials and organizing tools.Erect and dismantle scaffolding, working safely at various heights.Calculate unit costs by tracking materials, time, and labor.Attend company training sessions to continue developing your trade skills.Follow all company procedures and jobsite safety policies at all times.What You Bring to the Team3+ years of commercial framing experience.3+ years of metal stud framing experience.3+ years of drywall hanging expertise.Strong proficiency with industry‑standard tools: screw guns, impact drivers, rotozip, routers, hammers, gyp knives, tape measures, and more.Ability to safely lift and carry up to 120 lbs.Comfort climbing ladders and scaffolding daily.Additional Skills That Set You ApartExperience in finish carpentry or rough carpentry.Prior experience in commercial construction environments.Physical endurance, including:Walking up to 3,000 ft per dayStanding up to 4 hours continuouslyClimbing stair runs of up to 40 steps per hourCarrying a 50 lb toolbag on stairsWhy This Role Is Worth Your CraftsmanshipThis position is ideal for someone who wants to refine their skills while contributing to large‑scale builds. Your Work EnvironmentYour day‑to‑day will bring variety and challenge across multiple types of jobsites:
Work primarily on new construction: commercial buildings, data centers, hotels, and more.Hot indoor and outdoor conditions—perfect for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments.Frequent use of scissor lifts, boom lifts, ladders, and scaffolding.First‑shift schedule starting between 5:30 AM and 6:00 AM.Steady 40‑hour workweeks, with opportunities for overtime.Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, AZ 85027.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.65 - $30.20/hr.
