**Job Title: Metal Finisher** Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Finisher to prepare products according to customer specifications. This role involves using hand grinders to sand and grind down excess metal, assembling products as needed, and assisting machine operators during downtime. You will use various hand and power tools, inspect products to ensure quality assurance, and perform general cleaning duties around the area. The position requires the ability to lift up to 55 lbs. Essential Skills + Experience in general production and manufacturing. + Proficiency with grinders, hand tools, and power tools. + Ability to perform mechanical assembly and finishing tasks. + Knowledge of metal finishing, deburring, and polishing techniques. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 3 months of prior production/manufacturing experience is preferred. + Experience with using grinders/hand tools. + Comfortable with swinging a hammer to straighten parts.
