The Opportunity:

Looking for technically skilled MES L2 Support Engineer

 

What you need:

Typical Responsibilities:

 

Typical Responsibilities:

 

•        Investigate and resolve escalated issues from L1.

•        Perform root cause analysis for recurring MES problems.

•        Interface with MES application servers, databases, and integrations (e.g., ERP, SCADA).

•        Coordinate with development or vendor teams for bug fixes or enhancements.

•        Support MES configuration changes, patch deployments, and system upgrades.

•        Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

•        Provide guidance and training to L1 support staff.

 

•        Skills Required:

 

•        Strong technical knowledge of MES platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, GE Proficy).

•        Experience with SQL, system logs, and MES architecture.

•        Ability to work with cross-functional teams (IT, production, engineering).
