We are seeking a dedicated Mergers & Acquisitions Associate responsible for overseeing the complete Mergers & Acquisitions lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities:Build and nurture relationships with business owners, brokers, and other deal sourcesManage a steady flow of proprietary acquisition leadsConduct outreach, meetings, and in-depth evaluations of potential targetsOversee the full deal cycle—from initial contact through closingTravel to meet with business owners and attend relevant industry eventsKeep our CRM system and deal pipeline up to date and accurateSkills & Qualifications:At least 3 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate development, or a related fieldExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong understanding of financial statements and deal structuresA self-starter attitude with persistence and a passion for closing dealsMust be based in NY and open to 25-30% travel (All travel expenses will be reimbursed)**For immediate consideration, please email your updated resume to amacchia@astoncarter.com**Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
