**Mergers and Acquisitions Project Manager (Six Sigma Black Belt - REQUIRED)** Our client in **Newtown Square, PA** is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team. What's in it for you? + **$75-$100 per hr.** + **1st Shift Monday thru Friday 8:30am-5:30pm (some flexibility)** + Full time hours + Clean and safe work environment + **2-3 month contract. Potential to be hired on perm for right candidate.** What will you be doing? + **Lead M&A Projects:** + Manage end-to-end M&A transactions, including integration planning, and execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, in scope, and within budget. + Define and manage the project scope, objectives, timelines, and resources for M&A initiatives. + Work closely with senior leadership, legal, finance, HR, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution. + Monitor and track project performance, risks, and issues, providing timely updates and mitigation plans. + **Continuous Improvement:** Utilize Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC) to: + Identify and implement process improvements within the M&A lifecycle, ensuring high efficiency and value creation during integrations. + Identify and support Regional Operational and Manufacturing sites with continuous improvement projects when not engaged in M&A activity. + **Stakeholder Collaboration:** + Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, operations, and IT, ensuring alignment across all departments involved in the M&A process. + Ensure all M&A activities align with business objectives and strategic goals. + Foster collaboration between teams and departments to ensure smooth integration and adoption of new business practices. + **Risk Management:** + Identify and mitigate risks associated with M&A transactions and integration activities, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations. + Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements throughout the integration process. + **Reporting & Analytics:** + Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and required M&A reporting. + Provide Project Synergy Updates as required.What do you bring? + **Education:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. (Master’s Degree Preferred). + **Experience:** + Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in M&A and process improvement, with a proven track record of managing successful complex transactions and integrations. Preferably the candidate has M&A Workstream Lead (Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.) or Overall M&A Integration Lead experience. + **Certifications:** + Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (Required). + PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar project management certification (Preferred).Are you Interested?Stop your job search and apply today!
