The Merchandising Operations Assistant Associate plays a key role in supporting Buyers and the broader Merchandising team by ensuring accurate execution of assortment plans, product setup, reporting, and operational processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, collaboration, and turning detailed information into actionable insights in a fast-paced retail environment.
This position operates in a hybrid work environment, with the Merchandising team on-site in Manchester, CT 2–3 days per week.
