You will be able to collaborate with Legends staff and leading tennis merchandise and apparel manufacturers. This experience will offer you valuable insights into the overall operations of a tennis championship.

2026 BNP Paribas Open

Location:  Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Indian Wells, CA

Estimated Time Frame: February 16th – March 18th, 2026

POSITION DESCRIPTION-TIMELINE:

This basic timeline will provide you with an idea of the diverse roles you will undertake. End of February

Assist in receiving all merchandise for The ShopsReceive product cartonsConduct inventory processesOrganize and distribute merchandise around The Shops

Beginning of March

Assist with set-up and visual displays within The ShopsWork with national vendor representatives to move products into the storeDesign storefront layout and displays to enhance visual appeal and attract customersWork with visuals consultant and Legends staff to create and apply visuals throughout the ShopsAssist in the final preparations of the merchandise facilitiesCreate signage; Organize the point-of-sale stations; Train volunteers

Event Weeks

Assist our full-time merchandise staff in running The Shops throughout the BNP Paribas event weeks (March 1 - 15)Direct over 250 employees in various areas of the merchandise operationsCoordinate with vendors on product related tasks and questionsResolving customer service issues and inquiring on customer satisfactionImplement design changes to store layout to improve customer flow

Post Tournament Week

Assist with the breakdown of the merchandise operationsAssist with any post-event sales and load out process

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

COMPENSATION:

Paid hourly plus overtime – Standard Rate: $17.00Housing provided by LGM. More details provided during interview process. Staff uniforms provided for event days

WORKING CONDITIONS

Location: On Site

Ability to assist in moving boxes and fixtures weighing approximately 30-70 lb., as well as stand unassisted for extended periods of time.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
