What can you expect?
On completion of the graduate programme, you will report to a Darwin Client Management Team Leader and this role will be responsible for supporting Darwin clients with their technology renewal process and collaborating with other consulting colleagues on clients to deliver a seamless client experience. You will also work with clients to expand and deliver additional services, contributing to the growth of the business.
We will rely on you to:
Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with key client contacts, learning to provide consultative support throughout the client journey.
Support the team in identifying ways to enhance the client service experience and contribute ideas to broaden client relationships.
Help monitor client satisfaction and retention metrics, understanding their importance and contributing to achieving targets.
Support the development and maintenance of client plans by gathering information and tracking progress under guidance.
Learn to use Darwin and industry knowledge to understand client needs and support revenue growth initiatives.
Assist in identifying potential opportunities for additional services or upselling within existing client relationships.
Help maintain client toolkits, ensuring actions, issues, and project updates are recorded and communicated effectively.
Support the preparation and organisation of client meetings, including quarterly business reviews, by gathering relevant data and materials.
Assist in tracking client milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up and reporting to clients.
Collaborate with delivery teams to support smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in relevant systems such as JIRA, Confluence, and MercerForce.
What you need to have:
To be eligible for this position, you must have achieved a minimum of a 2:1 in your degree discipline.
A genuine interest in client management and relationship building, with a desire to become a trusted champion for our clients.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach, ready to work closely with colleagues and clients alike.
A willingness to learn about UK benefits, flexible benefits platforms, and the broader market landscape.
An organised and proactive mindset, with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise tasks.
Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining focus and attention to detail under pressure.
A team player who embraces our inclusive culture and values diversity.
A positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities.
A commercial awareness and eagerness to understand how business and financial factors impact client solutions.
Well-developed knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
