Job Title: MEP Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated MEP Superintendent to support project planning and preconstruction efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and understanding MEP drawings and specifications, as well as leading, managing, and supporting multi-trade coordination on-site. This role involves managing installation activities, troubleshooting MEP issues, and ensuring quality control of MEP processes and installations.

Responsibilities

Support project planning and preconstruction efforts.Review and understand MEP drawings and specifications.Lead, manage, and support multi-trade coordination on-site, sometimes across multiple sites.Create and update project schedules.Manage installation activities.Troubleshoot any MEP issues that arise.Oversee commissioning processes.Ensure quality control of MEP processes and installations.

Essential Skills

Extensive experience in Construction, MEP, and Construction Management.Proficiency in Subcontractor Management.10+ years of MEP experience on commercial and/or industrial projects.Field experience is a must.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.Project experience in healthcare, higher education, data centers, institutions, and food-related projects is preferred.

Work Environment

The work environment will involve managing multiple sites with a focus on quality control and efficient coordination of MEP processes. The role requires on-site presence to oversee installation activities and troubleshoot any issues effectively.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
