MEP Project Manager
Job Title: MEP Project ManagerJob Description As an MEP Project Manager, you will have full control over the organization’s processes and will be responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating all phases of projects from bidding through closeout with excellent leadership. You will supervise General Foreman and Field Staff while reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. Additionally, you will contribute to the estimating and securing of new work. Responsibilities + Lead, manage, and coordinate all phases of projects from bidding through closeout. + Supervise General Foreman and Field Staff. + Contribute to the estimating and securing of new work. + Create and follow a schedule for all jobs. + Create and maintain labor schedules. + Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, the design community, and organizations to enhance future business development opportunities. + Work with the executive team to develop and implement staff evaluation parameters. + Liaise with divisional heads to develop financial plans and ensure company-wide operational compliance. + Help to set budgeting. + Oversee client support services. + Manage procurement and resource allocation. + Ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements on all projects. + Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee, and pricing decisions. + Manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout. + Oversee the development of the master project schedule, including budget and manage its implementation. The work environment includes 1 Project Manager/Estimator in the office along with the President and Office Admin, running about 30 field personnel during peak busy seasons. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Hope, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.50 - $72.00/hr.
