Respond to RFIs and questions from Construction Managers, Ops Tech IT, General Contractors, and MEP contractors 7. Ensure compliance with applicable DCIs for EBMS in all MEP systems 8. Coordinate with EBMS Construction Program Manager to align MEP systems with overall EBMS goals 9. Oversee MEP aspects of EBMS retrofit programs 10. Verify proper setup and configuration of ECM-1, 2, and 3 for all new site launches 11. Support cross-functional initiatives related to Microgrid, Heat Index, Solar, and other key sustainability projects 12. Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of MEP systems integrated with EBMS for all NC launches **What You’ll Need:** + Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. + Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering required from an accredited university + **At least 5 years of experience working as MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Coordinator for General Contractor or Expert in Mechanical Engineering.** + Proficiency with project/program management tracking software (e.g. AI apps, SmartSheets, Asana, Air Tables, QuickSight (Power BI), MS Project, etc) + Strong competency with time management, organization, and attention to detail + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Experience with construction specifications: strong emphasis on Div 00, 21, 23, 25, 26 **Preferred Qualifications** : 1. At least 7 years of experience working as MEP Coordinator for General Contractor or Mechanical Engineering Firm 2. At least 5 years of experience working directly with Building Management Systems (BMS) or PLC 3. Completed bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from an accredited university 4. PMP Certification or Six Sigma Certification 5. Experience managing projects across multiple time zones and culture 6. Experience with remote team management and coordination 7. Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills 8. Strong time management and organization skill 9.
