Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A COLLEAGUE
In this role, you'll be responsible for reception-oriented duties and providing members with the highest quality of customer service to include greeting members, attending to their needs, arranging appointments, taking payment for services, and assisting members with equipment and retail products.
Adhere to Canyon Ranch service standards providing world-class member/guest service. Greet members and guests with a smile, checking members in and arranging member appointments. Help provide members with a beverage while they wait for their service. Perform reception desk open/closing duties.Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
High school diplomaExcellent customer service skills; friendly demeanorAbility to learn processes and operate computer/payment systemsStrong problem-solving skillsCustomer service, medical or spa/wellness background is a plus.

WORK AVAILABILITY: This position is a full-time role onsite in Fort Worth.
