This position provides leadership and management oversight to a team dedicated to lead acquisition, cultivation, conversion, and placement across our service area. Additionally, the Recruitment Strategy Manager ensures the maintenance and effectiveness of all systems that support recruitment functions. Job Qualifications • Three or more years of experience in sales, lead management, workflow systems, and data analysis/reporting. • Five or more years of experience in membership-based, youth-focused, or related organizations. • Three or more years of supervisory experience with a proven ability to lead inclusive, innovative, and high-performing teams.
