We're Hiring: Member Recruitment Coordinators
Are you passionate about community engagement, public speaking, and making a life-saving impact? Join our client, a nationally recognized nonprofit organization, as a Member Recruitment Coordinator (MRC) and help grow the stem cell registry through outreach, education, and events.
đź’Ľ Role Overview:
As an MRC, you’ll be the face of the mission—educating, engaging, and inspiring the public to join the registry. You’ll execute live and virtual recruitment events, build relationships with volunteers, and collaborate with internal teams to meet enrollment goals.
Responsibilities:
Host 3–4 weekly recruitment events (campuses, churches, markets, etc.)Present to diverse audiences and manage event logisticsRecruit, train, and manage volunteersPerform remote administrative tasks (supply ordering, volunteer training, reporting)Collaborate with Account Managers to align strategy and goalsTravel in-state with reliable transportation (must be able to lift up to 30 lbs)Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree1+ year of experience in administrative support, sales, or event coordinationStrong communication and presentation skillsValid driver’s license and reliable transportation🎯 Why Join Us?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $28.00/hr.
