You’ll work on innovative migration tools recognized by Gartner as one of the best in the business. Our goal is to enable **customers to** easily migrate workloads to Nutanix platforms, **ensuring** minimal downtime and business continuity. **Your Role** + Design and develop scalable solutions to enable **seamless mobility of applications, files, security policies** , and other artifacts across **hypervisors, environments, and public cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). + Translate product requirements into **detailed technical architecture and design** . + Focus on **performance optimization, scalability, and resiliency** of solutions. + Collaborate closely with **development, QA, documentation, and product management** teams in a fast-paced, agile environment. + Engage with **customers and support teams** to resolve issues and drive product adoption. **What You Will Bring** + **5–7 years** of professional experience in **systems development** , particularly in backend/virtualization/cloud-focused roles. + Strong programming expertise in one or more of the following: **Go, C** . + Solid understanding of and development experience in areas such as: + **Linux systems programming** + **Database backends** + **Cloud infrastructure technologies** + Experience with **virtualization** platforms and concepts: + **VMware, KVM** + **Containers / Docker** + **Storage systems** and architecture + Proven ability to design scalable and maintainable systems. + **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science or a related technical field. **Work Arrangement** Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
