Job Title: Inline QA Inspector – 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Shift: 1st Shift
The Inline QA Inspector serves as the first line of defense in ensuring product quality by performing visual inspections of assembled cabinets during the manufacturing process. This role is responsible for identifying defects, missed objectives, or non-conformances and ensuring assemblies meet quality standards. The inspector will also perform work at an assembly station as needed to support production.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform visual inspections of cabinet assemblies to verify quality, workmanship, and adherence to specifications
Identify, document, and report defects or deviations from quality standards
Act as the first line of defense against missed quality objectives
Work closely with assembly and production teams to address quality issues in real time
Perform assembly work at a designated assembly station as required
Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
Required Experience2–4 years of relevant manufacturing, quality inspection, or assembly experience
Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
Proof of education is required and must be provided
Skills & QualificationsStrong attention to detail
Ability to identify visual defects and quality issues
Basic understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled hours
Compliance Requirement (ITAR/EAR)This position requires access to information and/or facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
