This position is scheduled PRN (flexible/as needed) and can be scheduled in 4-hour, 8-hour or 12-hour shifts on a shift that works best in your schedule. PRN is a minimum of 16 hours a month with 4 of those hours being on a weekend, plus requires 2 holidays per year. Holiday pay is at a rate of double time employee's base pay rate. As a Medication Manager, you will be responsible to assists residents with daily living activities with the goal of enhancing each resident's quality of life, administer medication reminders and/or medication under the direction of a Registered Nurse, provide bathing/showering and personal hygiene assistance, observe and report changes in resident's condition to Nurse Supervisor, maintain a clean and safe work environment and other duties as assigned.
