About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Medical Technologist to join our laboratory team. The ideal candidate will perform high‑complexity testing, ensure accurate and timely results, and uphold high standards of quality and compliance within a clinical lab environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform complex laboratory testing across multiple disciplines with accuracy and efficiencyAnalyze results and ensure all documentation meets regulatory and quality standardsMaintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentsFollow established protocols for quality control and proficiency testingCollaborate with clinicians and laboratory staff to support patient careEnsure all testing complies with CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory requirementsRequirementsASCP certification required (MT/MLS or equivalent)Experience working in a clinical or medical laboratory setting preferredStrong understanding of laboratory instrumentation, testing methodologies, and quality control processesExcellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environmentStrong communication and documentation skills
