The role involves tissue preparation and chemical processing, as well as receiving, inspecting, and cleaning the tools and equipment used in production. The operator will assist in the metals area and assemble heart valves by attaching porcine tissue to a frame. This position requires the use of a mag light, microscope, and analog scope.
Essential SkillsExperience working in a cleanroom environment.Knowledge of medical device assembly, particularly involving tissue sewing.Proficiency in using microscopes and other calibrated systems.6 months experience working with tissue preferred.Ability to perform inspection using measurement systems and microscopes.Experience in medical sewing of tissue.1 year or more of experience in assembly and inspection.Knowledge of porcine and bovine tissue characteristics and defects.Understanding of valve prosthesis assembly procedures.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a cleanroom environment under a scope throughout the day, primarily dealing with porcine tissue sewing. The role is part of a team of four operators working on the first shift from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
