Job Title: Medical Office AssistantJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Office Assistant to join our team. The role involves answering phones, scheduling appointments, handling prior authorizations, and rooming patients. You will be an integral part of the patient care team, assisting providers and nursing staff with daily office duties.

The position is based in an Internal Medicine office. Work hours may vary, potentially consisting of 4 ten-hour days or 5 eight-hour days, totaling 40 hours per week. The role requires a commitment to the set schedule and may not accommodate early departures for school-related commitments.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Guilford, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
