Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule procedure and office visit appointments in accordance with established policies and scriptsUpdate demographic and insurance information during schedulingObtain cardiac clearance when necessary and ensure documentation is completeSupport supervisors and team members with general office tasksAnswer incoming calls, take accurate messages, and direct communication appropriatelyDraft and follow up on electronic messages and alertsMaintain knowledge of provider-specific preparation proceduresWhat You BringStrong customer service skills and comfort in a healthcare settingExperience with inbound calls and medical/patient schedulingKnowledge of Microsoft Office, EPIC, and EMRsAbility to verify insurance and schedule efficientlyClear verbal and written communication skillsWarm, professional interpersonal skillsStrong multitasking and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to excel in a high-paced environmentJob Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, CT.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
