Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, sort, and organize incoming clinical specimens.Retrieve and deliver specimens to laboratory technicians as needed.Perform tasks requiring work in low‑temperature freezer environments.Accession and label specimens with accuracy and consistency.Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the lab.Complete logs, documentation, and other administrative tasks as assigned.Required Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Comfort working with biological specimens.Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask.Basic computer literacy and data entry capability.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment and meet turnaround expectations.Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience in a medical, laboratory, or production setting.Familiarity with specimen sorting, sample preparation, or accessioning.Knowledge of basic medical terminology.Work Environment & ScheduleWarehouse laboratory setting.Shift: Tuesday through Saturday, 1:00 AM to 9:30 AM.Must be comfortable working overnight hours and performing repetitive, detail‑oriented tasks in a high‑throughput environment.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.88 - $19.88/hr.
