If you want to discover a career with greater purpose, join us as we transform and accelerate research and development.Job Summary:This role supports routine laboratory operations by preparing materials, managing specimen workflows, and assisting senior staff with daily procedures to maintain efficient and compliant lab activities.What You’ll Be Doing:Provide administrative and technical support across laboratory operationsClean, sterilize, and organize glassware, supplies, and work areasPrepare, label, and manage tubes, specimens, and post‑analysis storageAssist with routine equipment maintenance and basic buffer preparationSupport inventory management and general lab organizationWhat We Are Looking For:High School Diploma or equivalent required.Basic understanding of laboratory practices, equipment, and terminologyKnowledge of lab safety, infection control, and hazardous materials handlingAbility to follow sterilization and decontamination proceduresOther Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degreeThe Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:Strong attention to detail and adherence to workflow processesAbility to work effectively with colleagues and support team operationsBasic computer and documentation skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $24,400.00 - $50,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
